Once your conditions are satisfied and your offer goes unconditionalthe deposit is due. This is paid to our solicitor’s trust account.

7–10 Days before settlement we will take you through your home todo a pre-settlement inspection – to ensure all is ready for you.

The remainder of the purchase price is due, the title is transferredto your name and we hand over the keys. Congratulations!
